The location near Beckenham Junction Station made getting into London super easy. I loved the peaceful garden area, perfect for sunny afternoons. The room provided great USB charging sockets, a simple but thoughtful touch. the shower temperature turned out to be inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating. I also wished there were more drink options in the room since choices were limited. Despite that, the ambiance felt warm and inviting, which certainly added to my stay.

missingWrote a review on Nov 11spacious accommodationslovely gardensoundproofing issues
The family room offered spacious accommodations, which is a plus for those traveling with kids. Access to a lovely garden provided a nice spot to relax outdoors.
The lack of an elevator made hauling luggage to the upper floors a tough gig—if you're traveling heavy, ask for a ground floor room. The room had no air conditioning, so be prepared for a sweat fest during the summer, especially in the west-facing rooms. Soundproofing issues were evident. you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms to the creaks of the floorboards, making ear plugs a must. Curtains were thin, not blocking out light, and the toilet flush often got stuck. To add to it, the bright emergency lighting in the room stayed on all night, which was more distracting than comforting.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the cozy family room and the lovely garden to relax in after a day out. There’s a nice lounge area that’s perfect for unwinding with a book. Just a heads up, the breakfast hours are a bit short, but it was still a nice meal! 😊
